At Backbone, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges to ensure your complete satisfaction. All returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization form inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
